About me 

Hi! I’m Rebecca McCormack, a yoga teacher based in Ayrshire.
Improving health and wellbeing is the heart of my yoga practice. Through yoga and movement, you can learn to navigate
stress, practice mindfulness, and connect with yourself and others.


Alongside my love for yoga, I enjoy running and the benefits it brings the body and mind.
Like yoga, running challenges us and forces us outside our comfort zones. It requires
willpower, discipline, and makes you realise what you’re truly capable of!
